Hong Kong Juma Pan Designers & Architects is a comprehensive design and engineering firm based in Hong Kong with a presence across the Asia-Pacific region. Headquartered in Hong Kong, the firm has established branch offices in Guangzhou and Beijing, and operates project offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand in collaboration with local partners.
Founded in 2011 by industry veteran designer Juma Pan, the firm’s core business covers architectural and interior decoration engineering, urban space design, and environmental art design. In recent years, it has focused on the design and construction of emerging digital infrastructure projects such as data centers and computing centers, accumulating extensive project experience and building professional teams in both Hong Kong and Southeast Asian markets.
Our History
Established in 2011
Foundational Period (2011-2015): Founded by senior designer Juma Pan, the company established its headquarters in Hong Kong. In its early stages, it focused on comprehensive spatial design and construction services, forming an integrated “design + construction” service model. Its core business revolved around design services related to hotels and real estate development, taking on multiple high-end hotel and commercial complex projects, thereby accumulating extensive experience in large-scale project operations. The company quickly built a strong industry reputation, laying the foundation for its brand.
15 Years of Experience
Regional Expansion Period (2016–2020): The company initiated its international expansion, with a strategic focus on the Southeast Asian market. It established local project management offices in partnership with local partners in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), and Jakarta (Indonesia), adapting to regional policies and construction standards. During this period, the company undertook local hotel, real estate, and urban renewal projects, while also promoting exchanges and development within the design industry.
Future Plan
Strategic Upgrade Period (2021–present): Seizing the opportunities presented by the digital economy, the company has strategically expanded into the design and construction of data centers and computing centers. Focusing on the Northern Metropolis of Hong Kong and key regions in Southeast Asia, it has completed several benchmark digital infrastructure projects, accumulating specialized technical expertise and a professional team capable of adapting to regional climates and power conditions. To date, the company’s projects have covered Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and other regions, establishing it as a comprehensive organization in the Asia-Pacific region with both design strength and engineering delivery capabilities.
